I think International Magic in London has what you are looking for. Go to their home page (http://www.internationalmagic.com/) and do a search for "Levitator", then maybe e-mail them to make sure. If you can't get one locally and are really desperate it might be worth it.

I had one but cannot find it now. I would say make one as nothing to it as you probably know.
It actually works fairly well.
