I bought some years ago from Magic Inc. the Perfect center tear booklet from Richard Osterlind.

Is the Osterlind's slow-motion sorrounded center tear the same handling or is a different one?

The Perfected Center Tear is an improvement over the "speed tear" from the first book. After years of doing it, this is my final solution and what I still use.
