Bank night using colors?

I'm doing research on various approaches to the effect "bank night" using diferent colored paper in each envelope? If anyone has run across references to this style of bank night,(just chance), I would appreciate your time in helping me with my research.

I came across a couple of versions of the "Bank Night" in Richard Osterlinds Mind Mysteries DVD (Vol 1) and also in Max Maven's Video Mind DVDs (Phase Three: Stage Mentalism).
