Did I score on the Roth Book Richard. if so I am going to sell my other one that is not collectable. If you have a first edition of Coin magic I would love one of those collectibles to. I have to go and get ready for work I would hate to miss out on an original. Please tell me at least that much I have to get going. I will check back when I get out of the shower

Richard, I would like one of the Roth Coin Magic books, please. Thanks, and Reed, I know how you feel, I just attended two of my sons' playoff games, and got home at 9:00 - this is murder!

Total: Strong Magic
Roth's Coin Magic

Richard, I am doing a quick edit on this post to show that my desire was for one of the special edition Roth books. I suspect you could have gathered this by the time stamps on your list and my request, but I just wanted to make it clear. Thanks, and GREAT LIST!!!

Damn.

I'll also take one each of these:

21) Mahatma. Two huge volumes in a huge damn slipcase, fully cross referenced. Long out of print, ltd to 300 or 400 copies (who can remember--this one is shrink wrapped). 2 copies. $200 each ($50 less than the original retail price).

25) Houdini's Conjurors Monthly. My reprint, ltd to 300 copies (or 400--these are shrinkwrapped). Two volumes in a slipcase (and heavy!). 2 copies. $200 each ($50 less than original price).

Many thanks for the enthusiastic response.
I have combined the entire list into the original post at the very beginning of this thread.
I will be adding new books to THAT list at the beginning of the thread, so make sure to look at the original list to see the new books added.
Oh, and Andy, you've made me feel REALLY bad that I forgot to put Alan Warner's web address in the article. I felt bad before, but now it's killing me. Order some more books. :)

Reed, I thought you were going to work?
Mahatma is the first magazine ever published devoted entirely to magic. First came out in 1894, I think, and ran for 9 years or so before The Sphinx killed it. Tons of tricks. I imagine there are lots of coin tricks, but frankly I can't remember. Someone else want to take a look? I'd like to, but I'm typing the September issue with my toes while opening boxes with my hands. :)

I will take:

27) GREATER MAGIC EXPURGATED EDITION. As Carl Jones did, I printed 50 copies of my edition which are entirely blank except for the first signature. Has a special tip-in page regarding this which is signed by me. These were not sold, but made to be given as gifts. Found one in the boxes! $200

...at least I know I will get through this edition much faster than the regular version..

That makes:
Expert Coin Magic
Greater Magic Expurgated Edition
(so far..it is 1:00 am Toronto time...thanks for letting me go to sleep now Richard)

Thanks,

Mitch

From Witchcraft to Card Tricks $20
David Roth's Expert Coin Magic $75

Again, thanks for offering these.

Richard,

Just did a quick count - did I miss out on the Roth first edition? If so, put me down as first on the list if someone drops out or another turns up please.

In addition, I would like:

17) Stanyon's MAGIC, 3 volumes in a slipcase with a fully-cross referenced index. 1 copy. $125 (50% off the original price because of a slight ding to the slipcase).
