Anyone know how many copies of Gene Shelley's version of "The Cardiste" there are? Mine says "11 of a special edition" and its signed "To Larry Jennings from Gene."

I just spoke with Gene and he tells me that there was one hard cover copy to each of the contributors and 100 soft covers as well as one with no covers.
