The title is one of Ed Marlo's limited edition private manuscripts sold to a select group. I used to own a copy which I purchased from Ed in the 1970's. These are out of print, though Mariel Marlo, his widow, is releasing some of these titles in association with Randy Wakeman, I believe. Few of these titles have appeared on eBay.
