Great routine, Geno. I've used it for 15 years with a racy ending and a G-rated ending. But I guess you already know how good it is or you wouldn't be asking.....

One more follow up. I checked out one of the sources and found Cascade. Another dealer mentioned a similar effect called "Done with Mirrors". Does anyone know the proper name and source for the effect? This particular store did not have instructions for it.

Years ago I saw Daniel Cros do a trick that used cards with mirrors on the back.

While not the original (and I can't remember right now who's that was but I used to own it), Bob King has a routine he sells (through himself, Brad Burt, and others) called Mirreversal.

More: There could have been a precursor but the first one I ever saw (and bought) was "Flipped Out" by Ed Hollins. Hank Lee might still carry this.
