desperately looking for "Pure Effect"

Is there anybody out there who could help me getting a copy of Derren`s book Pure Effect? Maybe somebody doesn`t like it( unlikely) or for any other reason wants to sell it. Or there is a dealer who still has some copies?

On that webside it is said that the book is out of print and it is not longer offered there.
