1950s Issue Of Genii

Postby Guest » September 15th, 2004, 6:43 am

I'm looking for an old issue of Genii but don't know the month or year. It was probably between 1955 and 1957. I was featured in Towns Teen Topics with photo and story in that issue and would love to obtain a copy. Name: Larry Kellogg and at the time I lived in Council Grove Kansas.

Larry,

The first time you're listed in the "Town's Teen Topic" column was the December, 1956 issue (Volume 21, #4) with a "Merry Christmas 1956" cover. Glen asks you to send in your address, since his secretary threw away the envelope.

The second time you're listed is in the March, 1957 issue (Volume 21, # 7) with "Kodel" on the cover. In that issue, Glen tells you that he received your photo and to please be patient.

Your full story appears in the September 1957 issue (Volume 22, #1) with "Mr. & Mrs. Art Baker on the cover.

See if Richard K. and his staff have these issues for sale in the back issue archives.

Hope this helps
Ira
