Pickpocket on candid camera?

Anyone know the name of the pickpocket and/or have a copy of the the pickpocket on the old candid camera TV show? He posed as a tailor and lifted while measuring a fellow for a suit.

It was Dominique who simply told people to remove things....as I recall. The blow off was some guy ending up in his shorts because Dominique told him to take his clothes off....at least that's what I remember.
