I like Orson Welles. But I would say that Rita Hayworth is far more interesting in that photo.

PS: Whoever wrote the "caption" is not very observant. Clearly they are around a pool or at the beach. Welles is wearing a robe, not a shirt. Hayworth has on a bathing suit and has a towel wrapped around her waist. They are sitting in beach/poolside chairs.

Thanks, Dr. DUK. And in case anyone is wondering what a painting would be doing pool or beachside: ritzy beach and poolside bungalows were very common in those days. God forbid should the rich and famous be far from the creature comforts their status dictated. Another possibility is that they were aboard a cruise ship.
