I have noticed that all sets of Toole Stott that I have seen have the first volume signed, but not the second. Is there a reason for this? Perhaps it is just a coincidence in the sets that I have viewed, or perhaps he passed away before the second volume was published. Alternatively, he may just have decided not to sign the second volumes.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Toole Stott
Oddly enough, Volume 1 calls for a signature but no numbering, and Volume 2 calls for numbering but no signature! Neither of my Volume 2's are numbered, but both of my Volume 1's are signed! Clay
