With reference to the hidden routine in the book; a decade ago (plus/minus a year or two) David Roth lectured in Glasgow. Somewhere near the start of the lecture he performed the routine and then asked if anyone had seen where it was published. I was about to say it was from the introduction of the Sawa book, but felt it out of place to speak up.

As for sleeve shootout; it looked like a fun thing to play with, but I couldn't see anywhere I could use it, so I didn't persue it.

If you would have spelled it "Sawa's Lybrary of Magic" it would have sold like no other :-)
