I found that many, many, many magicians are wanting this book but cannot find a dealer because of it being out of print...Is there any chance of a "re-print"?

The best thing to do is contact H&R Magic Books (http://www.magicbookshop.com) and ask if they have a copy. If they don't have a copy, I remember that Lee Jacobs had several copies. I know that he has passed, but I thought that the business was to be continuted.
