Can anyone tell me what Stanyon's Serial Lessons in Conjuring, limited edition, originally sold for? Also, is it OOP?

I see an ad for it in a 1996 volume of Magic Magic saying "Limited Edition of 500 copies, only $50."

You can get it from Richard for $35. It's listed in the Kaufman and Company site. Just click on the site at the top of the Genii Forum page.

I believe there were two editions. The regular and the deluxe, which was limited with a slipcase. But to tell you the truth, I really cannot remember. I concentrate on moving forward.
