It is indeed and the first order of business for me will be to revisit Henry Christ's routine to understand where Earl made his changes.

Santa left me:
1. Illusions. The Art of Magic Book--really pretty book with wonderful, large images. (Is this book out of print?--price seems to be creeping up)
2. Pattrick's ProPad 2 -- what a wonderful close-up pad--works well, looks classy, and lots of space.

Was there a Caveney edition?
Mike Caveney edited the CARC edition.

It was always the CARC edition edited by Caveney, but the cover of the copies that went on sale back in June is different from the copies currently on the CARC website.

I got mine through Caveney, and it is (I believe) technically considered a second edition.

Caveney is not the publisher of the book. CARC published the book.
Caveney laid it out for CARC.

Re: Christmas loot description thread
Correct. I should have been clearer. Mike is selling the second edition of the book. At least I think that (2nd ed) is the case.

1. Illusions. The Art of Magics. (Is this book out of print?--price seems to be creeping up)
Is this the one your referencing? Illusions: The Art of Magic: Posters from the Golden Age of Magic
If so, hardcover editions available for $50 on the Bezos site
