Okay . . . here's the question: If you were required to do a magic effect to appear in a magazine as photographs or even a single photograph, what would it be? What effect would have the most magical and visual impact on the reader?

Levitation is the only one that would really work.

Or a penetration or an alteration like Zig-Zag or Card Warp (assuming more than one photo).

How about flipping through the pages of a magic catalog for inspiration? If it looks good in the catalog it will probably work in a magazine.

The most common is the Super X levitation.

One photo, in a Tabloid (that I have on the wall) shows a fat magician with Hindu type bad B Movie wardrobe doing it by a pool.

The headline?

"MAGICIAN'S ASSISTANT FLOATS UP AND AWAY AND HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN SINCE."

This is one of the funniest things I have evef seen in a market counter tabloid. :p

I'm really trying to stay away frrom the idea of illusions, since I'm really not a fan of illusions and don't do them. An in the hand levitation was the first thing that came to my mind as well, and I think that I'll explore that avenue a bit further. Unfortunately, the levitation effect that I would think to do first I've already done recently on a televion show.
