Farmyard Frolics by Edwin Hooper - Instructions needed

I am taking a chance here...

I got the trick Farmyard Frolics by Edwin Hooper at a fleamarket yesterday. Sadly, no instructions were included. I am not even sure that I have all the cards.

I was wondering if someone would be so kind to share the instructions with me?

Richard, if you don't mind spending a bit, and getting some more magic to boot, I'm pretty sure it's in Mr. Hooper's book A Host of Surprises. Hocus Pocus currently has a single copy.

Please note the caveat 'pretty sure'.
