Seeking original Ireland Drop Cover Pass description

Could I trouble one of you who know to tell me where the Ireland Drop Cover Pass is described? Preferably where it was first described?

I've found that according to Marlo (in M.I.N.T.) it is described in one of Ireland's "Year Books". Does anyone here own these? Could I trouble you to check and see which one it's described in?
