Credit help?

Postby Jeff Hinchliffe » October 7th, 2002, 2:33 pm

Hello all,

I am currently devising an ambitious card routine where the card penetrates through the box as the finish, and am wondering if anyone has used this effect as a finale to the Ambitious Card and where in print (or on video) I could find it.

Thank you in advance,

Jeff,

I remember being absolutely floored by Jay Sankey doing this at an Abbott's Close-Up Convention back in the mid-90s. I use it to finish my ambitious routine about 50% of the time. I believe it was in one of his early lecture notes, though for the life of me I can't remember which one (in a sentence it's a double life and a one-hand top palm).

When you get the timing just right, it looks so very cool.

UhhDouble life? Sorry, double lift.

I'm still working on that double life move. It's a tough one.

I believe that there are a bunch of them out, but I have actually seen Ray Kosbys Jack in A box, and Paul Harris's PH breakthrough. There is also the classic Matt Schulien/Ed Marlo loading move. If I find any others, I will respond further.

Good luck
