Hi i have see decks made in Canada, of Playing Card Companu, has more factoris than Ohio factory?

U.S. Playing Cards used to have a plant in Windsor, Ontario. It's closed now, I believe.

I believe that for customs tax reasons, the uncut sheets of cards were printed in Ohio, then shipped to Windsor where they were cut into decks and packaged. The tax would have been higher if the completed decks had been shipped into Canada.
