Hi i have Off the book from Karl Fulves, i see is missing pages from 15-to 20 is normal?

Yes. Issue 2 ends on page 14, and issue 3 begins with page 21. There is no reference to any material in the index from pages 15 - 20.

I know this does not make up the six missing pages but I have 2 copies of both issues #1 and #2. There is an extra 2 pages numbered 12B and 12C in the second #2 that are not reflected in the index either. These 2 pages are the front and back of the folded prediction mentioned on page 12.
