Guarantee Card

Does anyone use this card - the specially printed Guarantee card with the name of a card in the small print?
I was excited about it when I first purchased it. However, I've found it to be a bit anti-climatic. When the card is presented to "save" the situation, 'cause I couldn't find the selection, the spectator must read the card which is not very dramatic. If I request that they read it aloud, it seems to telegraph the ending - zapping the payoff.
