Automated Card Shuffler

Postby Steve Mills » July 6th, 2016, 11:39 am

I just ran across a battery powered card shuffler on Amazon for 10 bucks. While I'm not naive enough to think no one ever thought of it, I can see real possibilities in a magic setting.

Curiosity
Misdirection
Deck Switch
Add-On

These things come to mind. I'm tempted to get on and play with it.

Is anyone aware of any literature on these or other thoughts.

I know this sounds like a MC topic, but I just can't bring myself to post there.

Thanks.....

Steve, very interesting idea to use card shufflers in magic.

If memory serves, Larry Becker published some ideas and a routine on this topic previously.
