Gaffed Coin Question

In my trip to the bank today I received 3 Eisenhower coins. One of the coins has two tail sides. The coin is ever so slightly thicker than regular Ikes, under magnification a seam can be seen on one side, and the milling around the edge of the non-seamed side is slightly ground down. The eagle on the seamed side is more pronounce than the eagle on the other side. (Like the difference between an e[ and a regular coin.) The coin fits inside an e[.

I am guessing it's a two-tailed coin. Any other suggestions?

(And I do feel bad for who ever spent it)
