Using the Aronson Stack
Now that I've memorized the Aronson Stack, I'm trying to find ways to make the best use of it. Have any tricks/applications using the stack been published?

All of Simon's books are available at:
http://simonaronson.com/books.html
Also, Mnemonica by Juan Tamariz has many stack-independent effects.
Michael Close's books and DVDs include many memorized deck effects:

Mr. Siegel:
Please see: "The Wishing Trick" (from Workers 5) which Mr. Close designed to help him get comfortable with memdeck work. I highly recommend buying "The Complete Workers" ebook, but "Workers 5" is also available separately.

Mr. Close is running a 10% off everything sale until the end of July.
(Oddly enough, the hardest part of memdeck work for me is the math involved, which is why I really like Mr. Close's "The Birthday Book" as well)

Re: Using the Aronson Stack
Eric Mead's Tangled Web isn't the first text a student of the memorized deck should get, but once you make it a tool in your working arsenal, there's some really good information in it.
Re: Using the Aronson Stack
Visit stackview.com for an excellent software tool that helps magicians who are into memorized decks.
Also, although it hasn't been updated for a long time, I still consider the "Musings" blog at the above site interesting and quite useful for memorized deck material and ideas. You can get the password via an autoresponder for the blog by clicking the "Musings" link on the above home page.

Re: Using the Aronson Stack
The late Dennis Loomis used to have a lot of really practical, interesting material on the memdeck. Sadly, the site is no more. (I tried that Wayback machine thing for http://www.loomismagic.com but I couldn't get it to work)
Fortunately, some of Mr. Loomis' articles appear here: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/view ... &forum=205

Yes, Erdnasephile! Page after page of great stuff in the Loomis memdeck website. When I first discovered it about 10 years ago, I printed out a large number of the effects he posted. Many of them were Aronson Stack memdeck improvements of classic effects such as Milt Kort's All Outs. What a brilliant and kind man he was!

Re: Using the Aronson Stack
Never met Dennis except via email, the Magic Cafe and orders from his magic store. The Shuffled not Stirred forum misses his knowledge, contributions and good humor immensely.
