I'm posting this to help some future magi in case they need one of these decks: if you need an RS and don't have your own card cutting rig, Gary Plants makes an excellent deck--works perfectly every time.
(In contrast, I purchased a couple RS decks from a dealer I inquired about on the boards and received two decks that I'm going to have to get recut if I want to use them. If you want a deck that you can actually use, I highly recommend contacting Gary first. Plus, he has some really cool stuff on his site that hasn't received a lot of press.)
