First described in Ireland's Card Annual 1956.

It's also described on Bill Malone's DVD, 'Here I Go Again' Volume 3 in Bill's 'Cannibal Cards' routine.

There is also a variant in Card Finesse II by Jon Racherbaumer - 1992. See Nominal Switchless Switch Unload, page 144.
And in Marlo's Magazine, Vol. 4 (1980). See O.K. - Let's Play, page 278.
