Pass The Buck

My apologies. The previous message I submitted to the forum was not meant to be listed as a poll, but rather an inquiry. Here it is again:

I am wondering if anyone can help me with the Pass the Buck routine by Obie O'Brian. I purchased this trick twice to get the Canadian and American versions and I have lost both envelopes with the gaffed enlarged bills. In order to avoid another purchase of the same trick, I need some help with the set-up and the routine.
