I have a booklet - "Cards & Coins" by Keith Oldham. It contains a three part gambling routine, the first phase of which is his version of "Gambler's Third Lesson" by Fulves.
I've owned this booklet for 30 years and have tried to follow his instructions on many occasions - without success! I just can't get it to work. It is quite poorly written and contradicts itself on a couple of occasions.
Last evening, a friend and I spent two hours in the pub trying to decipher it and failed totally.
I was wondering if anyone out there owns the booklet and has ever made it work. If so, I'd love some help with it.
Perhaps if Keith Oldham himself is reading this and can help me??
