I thought the routine was ok.
I think there are some small things you should work on.
#1 is don't bang the cup on the table like that. It screams that there is something different about that cup.

#2 Relax your shoulders when you load. If you watch closely you will see what I mean. You tend to tense up when you load.

#3 and this is a pet peeve of mine...I hate hate hate the front loading/ stealing of the ball. There are better ways to do this. It hides the cup and ball and people cannot tell what your doing.

The jokes were ok for me and I liked the routine from a spectator point of view.

I don't think I'll ever be completely happy with it myself...always refining. Trying to "bang" all the cups a bit and use "enthusiasm" as a cover. Also working on building the tension just prior to the load and completeing the load as the tension is released from my shoulders (on the off-beat). Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.

I liked the overall routine, but the banging was a bit excessive. A lighter m*** would look better. You dipped too low below the table for the loads. Dropping your shoulder was an obvious "tell" that you were reaching for something.

Otherwise, good job.

Tuned out after the first "balls" joke.

Four ball "jokes" in 40 seconds before any magic. One was too many.

I have to agree with mike, try to relax just a bit. Check out the thoughts of Tony Slydini when it comes to your loading. This technique is not as easy as so many people think, it is not a self working thing in the least. Though his mannerism may not suit you can't ignore his thoughts on timing. That out of the way the routine was pretty good and could have a very good flow, just keep tuning.
