I've never heard of a Cigarette or Pencil through Card gimmick used in conjunction with a flipper coin ...

No problemo. It is a playing card with a trap door. Its nearly impossible to detect. Saw one this weekend. No ideas?

May be "Tosheroon" by Bob Driebeck ?

There is also a trick in Pabular in which a card have a trapdoor, but it is visible. It's a joke.

I'm not familiar with it being used with a flipper, but Don England produces a very well-made trapdoor card in which you can't see the gimmick.

Is this card used in a trick with another two cards with holes in them? I believe Don England has been exploring this kind of card since about 1980.

No, Jon, different gimmick and different trick. You're thinking of "Holy P.O.D." while they're talking about Cigarette through Card, which is a tiny circular flap with an acro gaff.

Tosheroon card not trap door, simply a round hole in the card the size of of coin (usually a Quarter).

Exactly but Bernard Bilis, in his book Close-up French Style (1976), uses this card with a flap on the hole. See Rising in China, page 30.

I think the one I have has a circular hole, but a square flap, used for the cigarette. What is an acro gaff? Is it the hinge?

An acro gaff is a flap with a piece of dental dam stretched inside so it snaps back into position.

"Acro gaff" = Acrobatic Card gaff. Denny & Lee's has some in stock, made by Gary Plants:
