Cloud Money: why does everyone not like it?

All right, to start, I've been practicing magic (namely Tenyo magic) for a year now. And I would say that I have 'the least worst' Tenyo collection at this point. That said, I've finally broken out my unopened Cloud Money. But only because, so far, I've heard of negative things said about it. And now I'm curious as to why.

Ill be able to start working with it tomorrow night, but I'm curious: why is it at the bottom of everyone's 'Tenyo list'?

Is it a practice thing? Inconsistent results? Bad directions? Not a strong effect? Is there a better floating bill out there? Is the cost of 'Cloud Money' a factor?

I am genuinely curious about the 'not so favorable' Tenyo that are out there.
