The winning bidder has a feedback score of 0, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if no payment is made.

Looks like at least 2 shill bidders -- the winner at £4100 and the under bidder at £4000. It looks like the highest legit bid was £49.49, which is more in line with what Richard says the value is.
