USA and Euro Versions of Money Shock

I just received some samples of the gimmicks for the US version of "Money Shock," which uses $10 bills, and the Euro version, which uses 10 Euro notes.
They will both come in the same box of the versin sold outside Japan.

As far as I understand there will be no UK currency version of this trick available so the gimmick will need to be adapted.

That's a pity, of course, but with a photocopier/scanner you'll be able to see how to adapt the gimmick.
