Trouble getting paid from Murphy's Magic?

Anyone else have such an experience?
Murphy's 'buys' your product, and then takes WAY longer to pay than their promise of net 30...

I always get paid in 30 days.

Sounds like an issue that would best be handled in private with Murphys?
I never had any unusual problems
