Can anyone help me out here?
I came across some videos in my local magic shop under the title of 'The Magician's Video Network'...Anyway, the box of Volume 1 Number 1 says it features a performance by the mythical Jack Birnman. Has anyone seen this video? Is it a brief performance, or longer one? Also, are there other videos featuring Jack Birnman?
Thanks!
Joe
Jack Birnman on video...
Re: Jack Birnman on video...
Joe,
Aaron Fisher give a LOT of credit to Birnbaum(sp?) and those videos have just been offereed as about 100 for $199.00! it would be worth the price,or at least of trying to cullout that particular one.

Jack Birnman is the man's name. Not Birnbaum.
Jack was shot doing a trick or two by a local Maryland magician whose name escapes me for the moment. He recorded Jack doing one or two of his tricks. I don't recall Jack being on any other video tape. He may have been, but I tend to doubt it.

The "bargain" videos Marty is referring to are from the International Magicians Society, not the Magicians Video Network. Jack Birnman is not on the IMS videos.Originally posted by MartinJ:

Care to comment about those videos? They sound way too good to be true at that price point.Originally posted by Matthew Field:

Are they redubs of very old videos? Who is/are the IMS?
