John, I met you at MagicCon and had to have this book. If everyone gets as much out of it as I think I have, and I need to reread it since there is so much great material in it, it is worth twice the price. To Quote Max Maven, "if you walk away from this conference with only one book, John's is the one to have." I could not agree more. Thanks passing along all of this knowledge.
Peace, Joe

It is a really good book. Informative, instructive and inspiring - and very honest and open-hearted. Highly recommended.

What Tom said.

Seriously, IMO this book goes right along side The Books of Wonder, Strong Magic and Designing Miracles when it comes to contemporary treatises on magic theory and presentation.

That so much valuable material is contained in such a slim volume is perhaps the best trick of all.

I just finished it. Well done, John. You brought in some ideas about magic and practicing I'd never read before. Well worth my time and money.
