Looking for the effect with stickers in Genii

In the past year or so, an effect (or several) appeared in Genii that involved placing a sticker on one card and it reappears on another card via gaffed card with a hole in it. My stash of Geniis that I've subscribed to for 10+ years is, to be kind, less than organized, so could someone tell me:
What year/month?
Who was on the cover?
