Michael Close did a wonderful job by writing down for Lamp from the Lamp. If friend of mine did not mention about Society of World Deaf Magicians... I would not be in that book. About less than 40 years I haven't know there is a deaf magician but me. Within 3 years, I've met 4 of them.
Dr Simon Carmel did a wonderful job to make this book. I haven't met him but we did chat online and phone (video phone). He's a nice guy!
