Scotty York Card to Himber Wallet: March 2013

Postby Q. Kumber » May 7th, 2013, 9:51 am

Greg Wilson is currently touring the UK on a lecture tour. Greg does a pickpocket routine with a Himber Wallet designed to hold a passport. The wallet is manufactured by Alan Wong and is perfect for th Scotty York card to wallet routine in the March 2013 issue of Genii, with Danny Orleans on the cover.

I think it was £40 or £45 but I could be mistaken.

Does anyone know if Alan Wong has the rights to make the passport Himber? (I always had assumed that this was Scotty's idea, as the instructions for the York wallet say that the copyright is held by FYEO Creations.)

I would imagine anyone has the right to make a passport Himber. The wallet that Greg is selling is simply a regular Himber wallet. There is nothing special about it except it is a bit wider than most Himber wallets I have seen.

Greg sells it with two passport covers and a DVD with his own routine. That routine is a pseudo pick pocketing routine.

I was looking through the March GENII on Monday and read the Scotty York routine, in which he suggests making a Himber wallet from two passport sized regular wallets..

It seemed logical to refer GENII readers to the availability of a Himber wallet that holds passports.

OK, Thanks, that makes sense.
