Tom Stone’s Bluff Finesse

Postby Bob Cunningham » August 12th, 2016, 9:55 am

If you use the bluff pass at all you should check out "Tom Stone’s Bluff Finesse" on page 58 of this months issue. This move effectively combines tilt and the bluff pass and IMO is a real improvement on this move.

I use the bluff pass regularly and for me this one page made my annual subscription worthwhile.

Thanks Andy and Tom!!!

I like it too, but be careful. The text refers to the left hand holding the deck etc. but the photo shows the right hand holding it. The instructions are reversed relative to the photos. (I think!)

That's because Andi is left handed and usually is pretty careful about stuff like that. I missed it because I was trying to figure out whether to injog from the upper part of the deck or the lower (misdirected myself). I was looking at something else in the photo. It would have been simple to fix because we could simply have flopped the photo horizontally. But I think people will understand it with no problem.
