Osaka

Does anyone have recommendations about magic in Osaka? Although I have been to Japan many times, I have not yet been to Osaka and hope to spend a few days there in December or January.

Language is not an issue as I will be traveling with Japanese speaking family members.

I enjoyed visiting the French Drop (magic shop during day) and (magic bar at night). This is the place where Ponta the Smith works, but unfortunately he was not there the day I visited. I was told he performs at the bar Thursday nights. I enjoyed all three performers.

I also visited the magic counter in the Hankyu Department Store near the train station in Umeda. Mr. Tomi there is an excellent Tenyo demonstrator. It reminded me of the magic counters in most of the major department stores in Tokyo in the eighties.

Thanks for the advice Y's Guy.
