Thanks for posting this interview! I have heard and read a lot about David for many years, though never had the pleasure of meeting him. But I never felt like I knew him until this interview, where he opened up to a degree that really took me by surprise. It is fascinating to learn of the events, people, and other factors that influenced and shaped who he is, his thinking, his philosophy, and the directions he took on the path of life. I came away from this interview hugely liking and respecting David Blaine - not just because of what he has done, but for who he is.
