Two exhibitions at SFO that may be of interest to magicians:

In Terminal 3 until June, 2017: "Games of Chance - Gambling Devices of the Mechanical Age"

I only had enough time to look at the one armed bandits while en route from Sydney to Boston. Fascinating exhibits, well presented.

a few years back that had an amazing collection of automata from the guinness collection on view there.

Those displays look fascinating. Unfortunately both of them are "post-security" which means you'll have to have a plane ticket to see them. Two plane tickets actually since they are in different terminals :(

No, just one ticket. You can transfer between terminals once you're in one.

The Ouija exhibit is fantastic. So many boards, and the text/history portions are interesting. Definitely worth perusing if you're able.
