Ok... I admit that I am totally new to all this social media crap... But how the hell can Tim Conover have a page on facebook? Please explain?

It's pretty easy for anyone to make a page for anything. Some are just fan pages.

Mr. Conover joined Facebook back in 2009. After his passing, it looks like his Facebook page has been kept up as a memorial for his friends and family to share thoughts and memories.
