Mitch Hedberg was absolutely brilliant -- I was very sad when I heard about his death three years ago.

At the time (before his demise) there was ONLY Strategic Grill Locations, with the original cover, of course.

"Mitch All Together" came out in 2003, two years before his death. Either way, the guy was brilliant. :)
