best billet peek

I'm looking for other peoples viewpoints on Docc Hilfords "dance of shiva". I normally use Al Mann's center application and some times cassidy's evnvelope approach......but I am interested in others thoughts on the hilford effect? Is it similar to what in peek performance or is it a improvement?
