Officially it is called " A Resource for Art Quotations", but it has thousands of quotes on hundreds of subjects, all searchable by subject or author. (I recently cited some good quotes on "simplicity", which I found on this site.)
Click on a subject, and you get a list of quotes. Click on any person quoted, and be instantly taken to a list of all their quotes.
It is quite extensive, and thus very handy. By far the best "quote site" I have seen.
