I recently came across the Polling Report Homepage . It's a collection of results from polls taken across (I think) America on a very broad range of topics (mostly current events).

Aside from being of interest to anyone who follows current events, it's a terrific source of ideas for presentations or smaller bits for your shows. People are always interested to know what other people in the country are thinking -- especially about current events.
